摘要:大气电场的变化同时受到闪电活动和太阳活动影响,大气电场的变化代表着全球大气电路的状态。其日平均变化特点代表着平静时期该地区近地面大气电场的平均值,这对于研究中低纬地区近地面大气电场由于太阳活动引起的扰动具有重要意义。子午工程建立了大气电场的黑龙江漠河站、长春农安站、武汉九峰站、成都郫县站、广州肇庆站5个长期定位野外观测站,测量了大量近地面大气电场数据,通过这一数据可以加强太阳活动事件导致的近地面大气电场变化特性的研究,以及由于近地面大气电场变化进而影响局部地区天气的研究,通过天基、地基观测和理论研究,了解太阳活动近地面大气电场局地地区天气变化之间的内在联系,分析它们之间相互作用的机理。

Abstract: The change of atmospheric electric field is affected by both lightning and solar activities. The change of atmospheric electric field represents the state of global atmospheric circuit. The characteristics of daily average variation represent the average value of the atmospheric electric 1.field near the ground in the quiet period, which is of great significance for the study of the disturbance of the atmospheric electric field near the ground caused by solar activities in the middle and low latitudes. Five long-term positioning field observation stations of atmospheric electric field, including Mohe station in Heilongjiang Province, Nong’an station in Changchun, Jiufeng station in Wuhan, Pixian station in Chengdu and Zhaoqing station in Guangzhou, have been set up in the Meridian Project. A large number of atmospheric electric field data have been measured. Through this data, we can strengthen the research on the variation characteristics of atmospheric electric field near the ground caused by solar events, through space-based and ground-based observation and theoretical research, the internal relationship between solar activity, near surface atmospheric electric field and local weather change is understood, and the mechanism of their interaction is analyzed.
