摘要:不透水地表是城市最基本组成成分之一,对城市生态环境和区域发展具有显著影响。本研究以海口市为研究区,选取收集该区域2006年、2008年、2010年、2013年和2016年的Landsat系列遥感影像数据,提出将BCI指数与BI指数相结合的双重指数方法提取研究区不透水面信息。基于该方法提取获得海口市2006、2008、2010、2013和2016年5个时相的不透水面分布图。经Google Earth高精度影像精度验证,该方法可操作性强,简单易行,总体精度高于80%,Kappa系数在0.80以上。本数据集可为海南省或其它省市地区合理规划“海绵城市”建设提供参考。

Abstract: Impervious surface is one of the most basic components of a city which has a significant impact on urban ecological environment and regional development. This study selected and collected the Landsat remote sensing image data of Haikou city in 2006, 2008, 2010, 2013 and 2016. A double exponential method combining BCI index and BI index was proposed to extract the impervious surface data of the study area. Based on results obtained through this method, the impervious surface distribution maps of Haikou City in the five phases were obtained. A precision validation was then conducted against the high-accuracy Google Earth images. It was concluded that this method was highly operable and easy-to-use, which generated an overall accuracy of over 80%, and a Kappa coefficient of above 0.80. This dataset provides references for rational planning of “sponge city” in Hainan Province and beyond.
